Designed for marine and freshwater aquariums, aquaculture, shellfish depuration systems, seafood holding tanks, food processing applications, hydroponic systems, temporary installations and retrofit projects, the DI-1000 can be integrated into almost any existing water system without disrupting filtration or circulation. The removable titanium drop-in coil is particularly well suited to shellfish depuration, seafood holding and food processing applications, where maintaining excellent hygiene is essential. Drop-In Titanium Heat Exchanger
The high-efficiency titanium coil is designed to be submerged directly into the water, providing exceptional heat transfer and outstanding corrosion resistance in both freshwater and marine environments. The removable design also allows for quick inspection, cleaning and sanitisation, making it ideal for applications where hygiene and maintenance are critical, including shellfish depuration, seafood holding and food processing.
External Temperature Probe
Unlike traditional chillers that monitor temperature internally, the DI Series uses an external temperature probe to continuously measure the actual water temperature within the aquarium, sump or reservoir. This provides more accurate temperature monitoring and tighter temperature control for healthier aquatic livestock, food storage systems and sensitive growing environments.
No Plumbing Required
Installation couldn't be simpler. The DI-1000 requires no plumbing alterations, pipework or specialist fittings. Simply place the titanium coil into the sump, tank or reservoir, position the temperature probe, and the system is ready to cool.
